The platform supports Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary transactional currency and offers localised payment options including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the 123mbi platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been created.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overarching agreement between you and 123mbi.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Registration and participation on the 123mbi Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Minimum Age — 21 Years: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the 123mbi Platform. Provision of false information regarding your date of birth constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
123mbi enforces this age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. All accounts are required to submit government-issued identity documentation confirming date of birth before withdrawal facilities are activated.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, those declared legally incapacitated, or any person legally prohibited from entering contracts are ineligible to use the Platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the 123mbi Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. 123mbi makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of its operating licence. Players accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without notice.
Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 123mbi Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different aliases, or through third-party proxies — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Persons who have previously activated a self-exclusion period on 123mbi or any affiliated platform are ineligible to register a new account during or following the self-exclusion period until the exclusion has formally lapsed and a reinstatement process has been completed.
To create an account on123mbi, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.
123mbi operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. Prior to processing any withdrawal, all accounts must submit the following documentation for verification:
123mbi will use reasonable efforts to complete KYC verification within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving all required documentation. Your 123mbi account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your account. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes, professional betting syndicate operations, or on behalf of any third party without the express prior written consent of 123mbi.
You warrant that all information provided to123mbi — at registration, during KYC, and at any point during your use of the Platform — is truthful, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Anyrepresentation, whether deliberate or otherwise, may result in account suspension, reversal of transactions, and legal action where appropriate.
123mbi provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency patches, and third-party outages may temporarily affect platform availability. 123mbi will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for accessing the 123mbi Platform. 123mbi is not liable for any adverse gaming outcomes attributable to technical failures on the user's end, including but not limited to dropped connections, browser incompatibilities, or device malfunctions.
123mbi accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guideline, e-wallet deposits carry a minimum of RM30, bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of RM100, and cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Maximum deposit amounts are determined by the applicable payment provider and the Player's account tier. 123mbi reserves the right to apply additional deposit limits at its discretion, particularly during KYC pending periods.

Promotional bonuses offered by 123mbi are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published at the time each promotion is made available. General eligibility requirements include: holding a fully verified account in good standing, being aged 21 or above, and not being subject to any active self-exclusion or account restriction.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement prior to withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and expiry window are published within each promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winings.
Standard Bonus Terms (unless otherwise specified): Wagering requirement X10–X20 of bonus amount. Maximum bet during bonus play: RM250–RM500 per round. Slot games contribute100%; table games contribute 10–20%. Bonus expiry: 7 to 30 days. Maximum cash-out from bonus-derived winnings may apply.
123mbi reserves the right to void bonuses, withold bonus-derived winnings, and permanently suspend accounts found to be engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, employing low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers.
Players transfering from another platform may be eligible for a migration bonus of up to MYR 588, subject to verification of their previous platform tier via supporting evidence (screenshots or account history). Migration bonus terms, including wagering requirements, are communicated at the time of application through 123mbi's migration support process.
A 2% deposit bonus of up to MYR 688 is available on qualifying cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC). This bonus is credited automatically upon confirmed deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply. The cryptocurrency deposit bonus may not be combined with other active deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated.
Individual games available on the 123mbi Platform are governed by the rules of their respective providers. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the gameplay mechanics. However, these Terms shall govern all matters related to account management, payments, and disputes.
All electronic games on the 123mbi Platform — including but not limited to slots, virtual table games, and lottery products — utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published where available and reflect theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules as stated by the live dealer studio in effect at the time of play. Streaming interruptions during an active live game hand will be subject to the applicable provider's void-bet or incomplete-hand policy, which 123mbi will communicate clearly to affected players.
Sports betting markets — covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the specific market rules applicable at time of bet placement. Void event policies, postponement rules, and live betting cut-off procedures are governed by 123mbi's sportsbook operating rules, a current copy of which is available from the support team.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or software bug that results in an erroneously credited amount, unrealistically high payout, or any outcome that clearly could not have been intended under normal operating conditions, 123mbi reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and restore the account balance to its pre-error state. Users are obligated to report any apparent system errors promptly rather than continuing to play or withdraw erroneously credited amounts.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our Compliance Department. Escalated complaints will receive a final response within fourteen (14) business days. 123mbi's final determination on any dispute shall be binding, subject to applicable law.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body under the jurisdiction specified in Section 16 of these Terms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
123mbi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, 123mbi will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform indicating the effective date of the revised Terms.
Your continued use of the 123mbi Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.2.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 123mbi holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising hereunder, except where mandatory local laws require otherwise.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
